Orders and payment

Where can I find your products?

We sell all our products through our webshop (just make your way to ‘The Market’), and a selection at a few of our favourite delis and cafes in Cape Town, where we are based: the Olive Branch deli (Lifestyle on Kloof Centre, Gardens); Gogo’s deli (Newlands Village); Farm Kitchen Table (Montebello, Newlands Avenue); Four & Twenty Café (23 Wolfe Street, Chelsea Wynberg) and Honest Chocolate Café (64A Wale Street, City bowl).

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept electronic bank transfers (via Pay Fast Instant EFT), credit card and Snap Scan.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to many areas in and around Cape Town, including the City bowl, Atlantic Seaboard, Northern suburbs, Southern suburbs, Stellenbosch, Somerset West, Strand, Gordon’s Bay, Paarl, Wellington and Franschhoek.

What does delivery cost?

Delivery in & around Cape Town costs R45 per delivery. Delivery to Somerset West, Strand, Gordon’s Bay, Stellenbosch, Paarl, Wellington and Franschhoek is R85 per delivery. Delivery for orders of R500 or more are FREE : )

When do you deliver?

We deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders need to be in latest by 12:00/noon on the day before delivery as we prepare all our products to order. A lot of freshness for a little bit of forward thinking! ; )

Can I collect my order?

You are very welcome to collect your order from us. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice, as we roast/mill/bottle to order for optimal freshness, and please include a proposed collection date and time in your order note.

 

I am having trouble with my order; what should I do?

If you experience any trouble with your order, please email us (info@urbandelicious.co.za). We will do our utmost to come up with a quick solution!

About our products

Where do you source your products?

Our speciality coffees come from coffee farms that produce quality coffee with concern for their workers and the environment, not just their profits. Our grains and pecans are grown locally and organically, and we are busy helping to establish a local source of organic oats. Our honeys come from our own sustainably managed, stationary hives and from hives of local beekeepers who apply similar beekeeping principles.
